GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE MSME / SSI / UDYOG AADHAAR REGISTRATION:-

  1. Name of Owner– Fill the name of the business owner as mentioned on the Aadhaar Card.
  2. Aadhaar Number– Enter a 12 digit Aadhaar number issued by UIDAI.
    (Aadhaar Card will be verified after form submission within 48 hours after submission, our Executive will call & Verify OTP with other relevant information)
  3. Social Category Select the Social Category of Owner.
  4. Gender– Select the gender of the Owner.
  5. Physically Handicapped–Select whether the owner is Physically Handicapped.
  6. Name of Company– the Applicant must fill the name by which his/her Business is known to the customers/public.
  7. Type of Organization– Select from the given list the appropriate variety of the organization for his/her Enterprise.
  8. PAN Number– The Applicant has to enter PAN Number in case of Co-Operative, Private Limited, Public Limited, and Limited Liability Partnership It will be optional in the remaining type of Organisation.
  9. ITR Filling Status:- Select whether you have filed an ITR for Financial Year (2018-19). If yes, select appropriate ITR Type (ITR Type 4 for Proprietor / Self Employed and ITR type 3,5,6 For Company & Other Organizations)
  10. GST Registration:- Select whether you have already registered your business under GST & have GSTIN Number.
    Note: GSTIN Number are mandatory for Udyam Registration from 01.04.2021. You are advised to apply for GSTIN Number immediately and update the same on this website by 31.03.2021, to avoid suspension of Udyam Registration.
  11. Location of Plant (Verified after GST Registration)– the Applicant may add multiple plant locations in one registration by clicking the Add Plant button.
  12. Official Address–The Applicant should fill in the appropriate field the complete postal address of the Enterprise including State, District, Pin code.
  13. a. Date of Incorporation/ Registration – Select date on which you have registered/incorporated your business
  14. b. If the business is started, Select date of commencement –The date in the past on which the business started its operations.
  15. Mobile Number- Fill a working mobile number.
  16. Email ID- Provide working Email ID, Where he/she will receive Udyog Aadhaar Certificate.
  17. IFSC Details–Provide his/her bank IFSC details.
  18. Bank Details– Provide his/her bank account number used for running the Enterprise in the appropriate place.
  19. Major Activity– The major activity, i.e. either “Manufacturing” or “Service” may be chosen by the Enterprise for Udyog Aadhaar.
  20. Details about Business – Specific details about the Business
  21. A male person employed– The total Number of male persons employed who have directly been paid salary/ wages by the Enterprise.
  22. A female person employed– The total Number of female persons employed who have directly been paid salary/ wages by the Enterprise.
  23. Investment– Total value of an investment in Lakh.
  24. Select whether you are interested to get registered on Government e-Market (GeM) Portal
  25. Upload Aadhaar Card– Upload Aadhar Card of Business Owner/ Director.
  26. Upload Pan Card– Upload Pan Card of Business Owner (Proprietor)/ Company(Other Type of Registration)
  27. Submit Button:- Validate details & click on the submit button.
  28. Make a Payment:- After Submitting form, Make a Payment to complete the registration process.
  29. You will receive a certificate in E-mail & WhatsApp after our executive process your application.
